CANCELLATION POLICY

An advance payment should be made by cash/credit card/bank transfer or Demand draft before the given cut-off date for confirmation of the reservations. Full and final payment should reach us before arrival of the guest and the payment details must be sent to us by email. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above-mentioned advance/final payments as per the cutoff date. For Companies enjoying credit facility can guarantee reservations through an official letter duly signed by the authorized person

Room category subject to availability and rates are subject to change. In case ofemergency/non availability, rooms may be shifted to equally good hotels. Check-in at 12.00 Noon and check-out at 11.00 Am. The above rates are on per room per night basis. For foreign nationals, photo copy of their passport and VISA to be submitted at the reception. For Indian Nationals it is mandatory to submit their Photo ID card such as Aadhar, Voter ID card or driving license at the time of check in

Cancellation within 10 days of arrival: No Retention Charges, cancellation prior to 05 days 50% and less than 05 days 100% Retention Charges.

• Rate for Child less than 6 years is complimentary
• Child above 6 years to 12 years rate @ Rs.550.00 net per night on CPAI
• Child above 12 years with Extra Bed rate @ Rs.950.00 net per night on CPAI.

Company or Travel agent will not disclose Hotel confidential information to any third party. Hotel confidential information includes Hotel’s non published rate, prospective and current service offerings and rates.
